The Dream Home Vision is a process that sets the Tony Ratchford Group apart from other Realtors in Sioux Falls and the surrounding area &#8211; and, naturally, they want people to know about it.<br />

<p>First, we had to take into consideration the proprietary nature of Ratchford&#8217;s Dream Home Vision process. So, we set some user-friendly security measures in place: asking for a first name and a valid e-mail to register a user (which gave an added benefit of building a database). Once the user logs in twice, the password is modified and an e-mail is sent to the Tony Ratchford Group as a follow-up tool.</p>
<p>This project at TonyRatchford.com is the first database-driven flash application that HenkinSchultz has worked on, and we have been able to boost the search-engine optimization of nearly all flash projects. Through custom URLs coupled with Google Analytics, we’re able to see who’s visiting what section and track their online activity. This gives us the tools we need to continually refine our approach.</p>

A new Web site requires some new promotion. So our goal was to capture the ease &#8211; and convenience &#8211; of Harold&#8217;s Photo&#8217;s new Web site through animation and action.<br />

What that meant was grabbing elements of the Web and weaving them into the established television animation. It meant tweaking and retweaking until the Web experience was captured perfectly. And it meant creating something that&#8217;s instantly noticed &#8211; and rarely forgotten.</p>
<p>Today&#8217;s photography is centered on the Web. And through one part simplicity and one part awesome, we were able to reposition Harold&#8217;s Photo as a Web-savvy photography partner.</p>

<p>From appetizers to desserts, dishes to drinks; all fully search engine friendly. We even put a section up for event, live music and Notre Dame game days. And to top it all off we opened up the floodgates and let visitors post comments on their favorite band, drink, meal&#8230; whatever.</p>

<p>Through a multi-faceted campaign blast, we painted the town with taquitos and hot dogs. E-newsletters, print, radio, billboards, Facebook, online ads, Web and word of mouth &#8211; you name it, we were there, making mouths water and wreaking havoc on otherwise respectful lunch patrons.</p>
<p>After seeing it, you can&#8217;t help but want a 99-cent snack. And that was exactly the idea.</p>
