Putting You First. It means focusing on the customer. And we mean REALLY focusing on the customer &#8211; not just the data that&#8217;s connected to that customer. We got a chance to explain via television.<br />

In explaining The First National Bank in Sioux Falls&#8217; new campaign, we mixed animation and live action, creating a look that mimics print so closely that it looks torn from the front page. This connection not only helped keep consistency strong throughout all campaign materials, but also gave an instantly memorable hook to both print and television.</p>
<p>What&#8217;s more, the actors had a great time &#8211; and you can tell. Who says making advertising spots can&#8217;t be fun?</p>

A new Web site requires some new promotion. So our goal was to capture the ease &#8211; and convenience &#8211; of Harold&#8217;s Photo&#8217;s new Web site through animation and action.<br />

What that meant was grabbing elements of the Web and weaving them into the established television animation. It meant tweaking and retweaking until the Web experience was captured perfectly. And it meant creating something that&#8217;s instantly noticed &#8211; and rarely forgotten.</p>
<p>Today&#8217;s photography is centered on the Web. And through one part simplicity and one part awesome, we were able to reposition Harold&#8217;s Photo as a Web-savvy photography partner.</p>

<p>For us, it comes down to grabbing Joey, our animation expert, and letting him work his magic. The result: a beautiful embodiment of the &#8220;Exactly Like Nothing Else&#8221; theme, with an introduction to what has become a revitalized area of our humble city.</p>

<p>Downtown is, in essence, the embodiment of Sioux Falls culture. At the same time, every corner, shop, street lamp, restaurant &#8211; everything, really &#8211; bubbles with uniqueness. In other words, Downtown Sioux Falls is Exactly Like Nothing Else.</p>

<p>Until you travel to Aberdeen, you’ll never quite be sure of what you’re missing. And let’s face it – you’ll be missing a lot.</p>
<p>That made the goal apparent: drive people to the beautiful Northern State University campus, and let them see what NSU has to offer firsthand. Did it work? It sure did &#8211; student visits were up, and so was everyone&#8217;s spirits. Of course, even better, we managed to give Northern State University a big-time looking television spot that promoted a freshness other state universities are trying to match.</p>

It was the SDAF World Tour, and it culminated with the 43rd Annual South Dakota ADDY Awards. So what better way to connect the two than by letting rock and roll run roughshod over the ceremony?<br />

Taking stock of the year&#8217;s materials &#8211; and animating them to a score heavy in metal and punk &#8211; we helped set the stage, so to speak, at the ADDYs, sparking each Gold and Silver designation with a little splash of hardcore and making the walk to the stage a little more awesome.</p>

There&#8217;s only one way to find out if you&#8217;re at risk for heart disease: get tested. Which is why Avera Heart Hospital came to us to promote their Planet Heart check.<br />

So that&#8217;s exactly what we did. And by developing the Planet Heart campaign &#8211; designed to inform people about the other side of the Heart Hospital: the prevention and clinic side &#8211; we were able to create awareness for the program, which led to a major increase in appointments. A whole new planet of heart care, indeed.</p>

No one wants to be interrupted during dinner. And everyone needs access to a phone. These are the two issues handled by a recent set of SD PUC campaigns.<br />

<p>The South Dakota Do Not Call campaign is exactly what it sounds like &#8211; a public service message to raise awareness of the official Do Not Call sign-up program.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, Life Line/Link-up offers to place phones into the hands of low-income families, thus keeping them connected for emergencies and a better quality of life.</p>

So, Dakotabilties asked HenkinSchultz to highlight these people &#8211; and to ask the general public not just to tolerate their place in the community, but also support it.</p>
<p>In doing so, they answered the question: what does Dakotabilties do; &#8220;Support independence, choice and access to an inclusive community, and provide opportunities for people with disabilities.&#8221;</p>
