Sioux Falls Convention and Visitors Bureau
Global Spectrum manages over 100 public venues worldwide and when they started managing the Sioux Falls Convention Center, they wanted to draw attention to events. By using “Experiences Matter” as a tagline, the ad draws attention to the fact that both your experience at your event matters and that your vendor’s experience in hosting events matters.

The Leader in Firefighting Technology

Rosenbauer America
When Rosenbauer, the world’s leader in firefighting technology, decided it was time to up their game in video production, they came to us. With the release of its new Commander chassis only weeks away, Rosenbauer needed a video that not only displayed the amazing features of this new apparatus, but also highlighted the engineers and company that developed the technology.

HenkinSchultz worked around the clock to meet a very demanding deadline. While the chassis was still in production and its world debut in Texas looming, we concepted and produced an amazing video. Our work took us from Parker, S.D., where the engineers put their heads together, to the production facility in Wyoming, Minn., where Rosenbauer puts the body together. At times we were working on the video even as the engineers continued to build it, but the result was a show-stopping video that allowed Rosenbauer to unveil the Commander chassis with panache and style.

Watch the video.

Sioux Falls Specialty Hospital
The Sioux Falls Surgical Hospital offered much more than surgery, but its name didn’t reflect that. Plus, the public was confused about the hospital’s available services, and the look of marketing materials didn’t seem to make it clearer. That confusion prompted the hospital to reexamine its marketing.

Midwest Family Care
As a division of Sioux Falls Specialty Hospital, Midwest Family Care clinic needed a logo and printed materials that would be immediately identifiable as part of the SFSH family. One set of materials was developed for businesses that partner with Midwest Family Care to provide on-site care for employees. The goal of the on-site clinics is to give patients a personal experience with a small-clinic feel. Patients are not just a number; the healthcare providers have time to talk with them about their health.

The Last Jewel

State Theatre
For the State Theatre’s capital campaign, we created the tagline “The Last Jewel in the Crown of Historic Downtown.” A crown was a natural fit for the logo and the design balances the vintage feel of the theatre with modern design. The versatile logo works as the “W” in the word crown. It also can stand alone on print brochures, logo wear, pins, stickers and much more. Every piece of the State Theatre Capital Campaign fits cohesively with the history of the theatre, the tagline and logo design—right down to the business cards shaped like old-time theatre tickets.

Hard to Miss

An Avera Heart Hospital campaign at The Empire Mall in Sioux Falls raised awareness about the symptoms of heart attacks—and what better way to do that than to cover the mall’s food court and windows with enormous signs? We worked with Avera Heart Hospital to create banners, window clings and floor clings that talk about heart disease.
