Putting You First. It means focusing on the customer. And we mean REALLY focusing on the customer &#8211; not just the data that&#8217;s connected to that customer. We got a chance to explain via television.<br />

In explaining The First National Bank in Sioux Falls&#8217; new campaign, we mixed animation and live action, creating a look that mimics print so closely that it looks torn from the front page. This connection not only helped keep consistency strong throughout all campaign materials, but also gave an instantly memorable hook to both print and television.</p>
<p>What&#8217;s more, the actors had a great time &#8211; and you can tell. Who says making advertising spots can&#8217;t be fun?</p>

The First National Bank in Sioux Falls knows different people and businesses have very different banking needs. Our goal: ads that show personalized service.<br />

Solution: Focus a new campaign &#8211; and look &#8211; around how The First National Bank in Sioux Falls personalizes its services for each client.</p>
<p>First National Bank asked HenkinSchultz to help develop a new campaign that highlights personal service and customer-oriented business practices. The result: “Putting You First,” a tag that shows how The First National Bank in Sioux Falls doesn’t provide cookie-cutter service. On the contrary &#8211; we&#8217;re talking personal, face-to-face, totally awesome banking, here.</p>
<p>HenkinSchultz produced four different ads with similar design elements. Each ad focused on how banking is customized for each target audience. And because the bank specializes in building relationships, it chose to focus on local businesses, doctors, homeowners and families. You&#8217;ve probably seen them in publications around the region &#8211; and there&#8217;s no doubt you&#8217;ve caught their new television spots as well.</p>

<p>All that needs to be done at that point is to produce effective advertising and marketing that lets people know what the tools are.</p>
