You might not think about how important shoveling your sidewalks can be.
That is, until you understand the difficulty those with disabilities have getting through a foot of snow.
Which is why PVA of SD asked us to put together a public service announcement highlighting the need of shoveling. This spot was designed to remind us that, despite a city ordinance, sidewalks are still being neglected and those with wheelchairs and walkers pay the price.
